In 2018, SO-MG Partners has assisted the Family Office Enthéos in the acquisition of a minority stake in E-loft. In 2020, E-loft renewed its trust in the SO-MG Partners team which had the pleasure to accompany them once again on the occasion of Etex Group ‘s acquisition of a majority stake in the company.
