A subsidiary of the Impala Group, TechnoPlus Industries specialises in the design and manufacture of critical mechanical components and complex systems meeting the specific requirements of the nuclear, aeronautical, space and defence industries. The competencies of TPI, a high performance materials expert, range from design to technical achievement: machining, mechanical assembly and special machines. The takeover has placed SDMS within a solid industrial organisation and thereby secured its long-term future. With the support of Impala, the partnership between TechnoPlus Industries and SDMS reflects the ambition of broadening the company’s offering and skills with a view to proposing major customers ever larger sub-assemblies rather than mere individual components. SDMS is henceforth in a position to pursue its activity on a lasting basis and to respect all its commitments towards its customers and suppliers.
