Carine Berdah

Carine holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA) from Université Paris Dauphine, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. She brings over 25 years of experience in Finance, spanning audit, advisory and operational roles.

She began her career at Deloitte in audit before moving to PwC Consulting / Andersen / BearingPoint, where she led organisation and transformation engagements within the Banking and Insurance sector. She subsequently served as Head of Permanent Control at a US investment bank — a role that deepened her dual expertise in audit and advisory.

Seeking a more operational challenge, Carine then became Chief Financial Officer at a restaurant group, where she managed the day-to-day realities of financial steering, cash management and Finance function structuring.

In 2024, she joined SO-MG Partners as Managing Director to develop the Finance Function Transformation practice. Since joining, she has been supporting SMEs and mid-sized companies in strengthening their profitability and cash flow management.

Carine is fluent in French and English.
